Jim Lopiccolo has over 25 years’ experience helping clients mitigate risk and make better business decisions. He specializes in the negotiation and placement of Management and Professional Liability Insurance for public and private companies, and has worked with a diverse range of industries, including technology and life science, logistics, real estate, business services, manufacturing, and others.
Over the years, he has gravitated toward those sectors with inherent complexity, either due to organizational structure, risk profile, or both. This has driven his primary focus around Asset Management, Private Equity (Venture and Buyout), and Real Estate—both at the fund and portfolio company levels—including products to facilitate transactions or address special contingencies.
Jim graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance.
