Andrea Pappas

Account Executive, Assistant Vice President, Employee Benefits



Andrea is responsible for retaining clients, leading client teams, setting strategies, and overseeing key deliverables due to our clients. She is the primary contact for management for assigned client accounts. She stays up-to-date on legislation and compliance issues, and is in charge of developing and executing client service plans. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Andrea served as an account executive and consultant to firms such as Burnham Benefits, Aon Hewitt, and MetLife.

Andrea Pappas earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University, and a master’s degree in human resource administration, also from Central Michigan University. She is a member of both the Orange County Employee Benefit Association (OCEBC), and National Human Resource Association (NHRA).
