With over 17 years in the insurance industry, Brandi specializes in consulting solutions in employee benefits for companies with large complex risk. As lead consultant, she partners with her clients to develop and implement well-defined health benefits and wellness programs, which are designed to ultimately achieve corporate objectives and maximize employee health and wellness––all while balancing employee satisfaction and the client’s budget. She works with clients in a variety of industries with a focus that includes technology, hospitality, non-profit and manufacturing.
Brandi is well versed in self-funded and fully-insured plans, consumer driven health plan arrangements (HRAs and HSAs), dental, vision, life, and disability. She is active in the carrier market and sits on numerous advisory councils, including the United Healthcare and Kaiser NW’s broker advisory councils.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Wells Fargo Insurance Services as a vice president for 11 years, and previously for Mercer Health & Benefits. Brandi has a bachelor’s degree in business management, with a focus in human resources. She currently sits on the Ambassador Board for Friends of the Children and is a member of Woodruff Sawyer’s Community, Action, Responsibility, and Enhancement (CARE) committee.
