Gordon joined Woodruff Sawyer in 2014 and is a founding partner of the firm’s Colorado office. In addition to focusing on business development and oversight of Woodruff Sawyer’s Mountain Region operation, Gordon provides strategic guidance to clients using sophisticated analytical capabilities and modeling tools, allowing the team to design and implement optimal risk and employee benefit programs.
Gordon has been providing risk management and insurance counsel for more than 15 years related to due diligence, policy and program analytics, portfolio program design and implementation, alternative risk structuring, and strategic and financial alternatives for both Property and Casualty risks and Employee Benefits solutions.
Gordon has a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications (with honors) from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Gordon also enjoys being a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado.
