Paul Kennedy

Paul has 26 years of experience partnering with clients to deliver on their business objectives. He specializes in risk management and insurance programs for local and national construction companies and contractors as well as multinational and Fortune 500 companies.

Paul’s experience includes facultative and excess of loss reinsurance placement; international contract negotiations with clients and owners; structured surety programs; DIP facilities; roll-up surety program management; and international concession bonding structures (public-private partnerships). His extensive experience within property & casualty includes construction and commercial insurance placement, captives, claims management, contract reviews, and OCIP/CCIP reviews and administration.

Paul attended ‘Iolani School in Hawaii and has a bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies with a minor in economics from Trinity College in Connecticut.
