Executive Vice President

Steve joined Woodruff Sawyer in 1981. He works with organizations from new venture formation through IPO, commercialization, and international expansion. In addition to specializing in property and casualty risks, he has extensive experience addressing directors’ and officers’ liability needs of public company clients as part of Woodruff Sawyer’s Management Liability Practice.
