Jack Cassel is Nasdaq’s Head of New Listings, overseeing Nasdaq’s IPO business for North America and EMEA. In 2021, Nasdaq won 76% of IPOs and raised over $180 billion in proceeds. Prior to this role, Jack oversaw Nasdaq's IPO business for the Western US and also managed the Private Market business.
