Albert Wong

Head of U.S. SPAC M&A, J.P. Morgan

Albert Wong is the Head of U.S. SPAC M&A in J.P. Morgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2015, Mr Wong worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Westpac Institutional Bank for a combined period of 7 years. He has advised both domestic and international clients on a broad variety of assignments including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, activism defense, and hostile transactions.

Mr Wong received an MBA (Siebel Scholar, Wallman Scholar) from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, was a CFA Charterholder, and received a BCom from University of New South Wales.
