With more than 19 years of HR experience in construction, technology, non-profit and for profit companies, there is little (if anything) I have not seen. From immigration to benefits to employee relations, every aspect of what I do has a strategy based on the company mission and vision. Each company's most valuable asset is human collateral. My job is to make sure the human piece is healthy, positive and strategic in its approach to work, and I love what I do. I connect with people. I drive projects to completion within specified timelines. I am an original thinker who is not afraid to take calculated risks and make decisions in the best interest of the company.
