Amy McKenna is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of HumanPoint. Amy founded HumanPoint in 2007 with a vision of helping every person achieve their highest potential.

Amy is a sought-after voice on the challenges impacting leaders in today’s workplace.  As a female leader working within dozens of organizations, Amy is fully aware of the unique challenges impacting women in leadership.  She has spent the last two decades developing programs and coaching to help advance women to senior levels by discovering and developing their authentic leadership.

HumanPoint transforms organizations by empowering leaders and teams to establish meaningful cultures that drive performance, with regenerative learning at the core.

Amy believes that an organization’s culture is critical to its performance. Amy helps employers understand how putting people and purpose at the top of the priority list is critical in today’s Human Era. For meaningful cultures to exist, businesses must employ authentic, empathetic leaders and infuse learning and development at every level.

By introducing organizations to groundbreaking concepts like regenerative learning in which leaders are lifted up as coaches, Amy shows organizations key practices they need to put in place to be adaptive, resilient, and effective. Companies that adopt her teachings are better able to attract and retain top talent as they grow.

As an advisor, coach, facilitator, and public speaker, Amy’s communication style is insightful, engaging, and genuine.

When not at work, Amy can frequently be found serving her community. She is passionate about helping children and young adults in disadvantaged situations receive access to education and mentoring. Amy has been a member of Bellevue Rotary since 2009 and previously served on the Washington State Leadership Board and Bellevue College Foundation Board.

In 2009, Amy was selected for the Compassion 2020 Delegation as a promoter of compassionate leadership. She traveled to Dharamshala, India, with educational and community leaders from Washington state, including former Lt. Governor Cyrus Habib. They had a private meeting with the Dalai Lama at his residence to discuss promoting a culture of compassion and helping others.

Amy grew up in the Bay Area and today, she lives in Seattle with her husband Rob, and their three lovable dogs. An introvert at heart, she describes her perfect morning as one involving a leisurely cup of coffee and no alarm clock.
