Melissa Schellinkhout

Melissa informs the strategy and organizational structure of our offices in Portland and Seattle. Her background includes working for a number of years at a major commercial insurer, giving her broad perspective and expertise on both the brokerage and carrier sides of the business. In addition to working closely with the regional and national practice leaders, her operational responsibilities include managing and mentoring client service teams, managing commercial insurer relationships, and leading the finance and budget responsibilities for the Pacific Northwest. Melissa also manages some of our key clients in the region and her ongoing work on operational workflows and efficiencies at our Pacific Northwest offices inform our enterprise-wide efforts.

Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University.
