Heidi Phillips

Heidi specializes in property and casualty, product liability, professional liability, employer’s liability, and foreign voluntary workers’ compensation claims. Heidi is a client advocate when interacting with insurance company personnel and consults with clients on all aspects of claims management. She uses her expertise to ensure that clients have the maximum coverage in all areas.

Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer in 2004, Heidi worked in complex claims for AIG. She also served as an adjuster for Chubb, Allstate Insurance, and Mercury Insurance Group.

Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Santa Clara University. Heidi’s designations include Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU). She is currently working toward her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
