Seth Naterman

Seth has 26 years of experience in Management Liability insurance and has worked extensively with executive teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and goals. He brings senior-level expertise in directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime, cyber liability, and errors & omissions. Seth specializes in working with companies of all sizes, from start-up to Fortune 500, and which are undergoing complex corporate transactions. His depth of experience includes underwriting, broking, and program management for clients in a diverse range of industries including technology, life sciences, power and utility, entertainment, real estate, construction and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Seth was senior vice president-FINPRO at Marsh, where he structured insurance programs for companies undergoing IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and other corporate restructurings, providing clients with tailored coverage for high-risk transactions. His background also includes serving as director at Hilb Rogal and Hobbs, where he managed insurance and advised on risk management strategies for Western Region clients. As assistant vice president and regional manager at AIG, he managed underwriting operations for management liability products in territories including San Francisco, The Pacific Northwest, Utah, Colorado and Hawaii.

Seth has a bachelor’s degree in risk management from the University of Georgia.
