Amy Puffer

With 30 years of experience, Amy is a workers’ compensation claims expert and manages our dedicated team of workers’ compensation claims specialists, who are responsible for end-to-end claims management for Woodruff Sawyer clients. This includes conducting quarterly claim reviews, developing action plans with adjusters, and managing the TPA selection process for our clients.

Amy also leads the team in coordinating disability management and return-to-work programs and interprets clients’ Experience Modification Ratings.

Amy previously performed technical and reserve claim audits and provided claim management oversight of TPAs for captive programs at Artis Group (a Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Group company).
