Cheryl has been a member of the Woodruff Sawyer service team since 2015. She has over 20 years of experience in claims adjusting with both insurance carriers and third-party administrators, which include servicing self-insureds. Claims adjusting roles included advocating for the client, conducting investigations, securing of statements, presenting claims at hearing, negotiating settlements, and being familiar with the workers’ compensation rules.
With her many years of claims experience, involvement with local associations and client relationships developed over time, Cheryl is able to effectively assist the clients by working closely with claims adjusters and local attorneys. She thrives on developing long-term relationships with her clients and is passionate about developing new and creative programs to help meet and exceed their needs. Internally, she works closely with the Account Executives, Account Managers and Loss Control teams to deliver on business objectives. Cheryl is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology.
