With 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, Debbie serves as a client advocate and provides analysis, strategies, and education to address a multitude of workers’ compensation and risk mitigation issues. She serves as the lead contact, overseeing the entire claim management process, and assists with complex claim evaluations, settlements, and reserve consultations.
Debbie is a regular contributor to Woodruff Sawyer’s Insights blog and has presented webinars on workers’ compensation issues, COVID regulations, and employer best practices.
She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Sacramento State and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis. She holds the following designations: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Corporate Wellness Coach, Master Health & Wellness Coach, and is WCIRB CompEssentials Certified.
