Joshua Andrews

With over 15 years of insurance industry experience specializing in property & casualty and management liability exposures, Josh is a fierce advocate for his clients. His primary focus is to help clients understand and effectively manage or transfer their business risks. Josh serves as an extension of his clients’ teams, working to better understand company culture, risk tolerance, goals, and objectives to design and implement a successful risk management and insurance program. He also designs and implements alternative risk financing programs, drafts contract insurance requirements, and provides claims advocacy.

Josh is recognized as a natural communicator and previously worked as a claims manager. His experience includes manufacturing, material suppliers, food and beverage, hospitality, and health care to general contractors and subcontractors. His specialty niche is wood and forest products and mass timber.

Josh has a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University and holds the ARM, ARM-E, and CPCU designations.
