Rick leads Woodruff Sawyer’s Global Benefits team and engages in a broad range of global projects including design of benefits strategies, benefits benchmarking, competitive analysis, development of global governance policies, management of multinational pooling, and oversight of cross-border programs. He participates in Woodruff Sawyer’s global broker network affiliations, Assurex Global and the International Benefit Network (IBN), and is on the management committee of IBN. Rick is a career employee benefits professional with lengthy experience in the US domestic and international benefit arena and is well-versed in business development, sales generation, account management, consulting and client relations.
