Stephen Gaitley

With more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, Steve leads a team of real estate Account Executives and ensures they deliver best-in-class service to our clients. As part of his role, he also ensures cross-practice collaboration and resolves complex client issues.

Steve's experience includes providing risk management consulting and insurance brokerage services to the Woodruff Sawyer's real estate owner, developer, investment adviser/manager, professional services firm, and commercial lending clients. He has been instrumental in the development and ongoing operation of the real estate industry group practice of several international insurance brokers.

He serves regularly as an instructor, panelist, and presenter on issues of insurance and risk management in the real estate industry.

Steve earned his MBA from San Francisco State University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation.
