Woodruff Sawyer today announced a new sponsorship agreement with the California Hedge Fund Association for 2011. As part of the agreement, Woodruff Sawyer will support the association in growing its membership base and developing programs for the coming year.
Established in 2010, the California Hedge Fund Association is a non-profit organization formed to foster the growth and development of the hedge fund community in California, through events, resources and education programs.
“We’re pleased to be working with the California Hedge Fund Association as a sponsor,” said Jim Lopiccolo, Vice President and Hedge Fund Practice Leader at Woodruff Sawyer. “Hedge Funds face a new and challenging regulatory environment following the passage of the Dodd-Frank Act, and the CHFA will be an important local resource for the California Hedge Fund
community as they begin to comply with the requirements of the Act.”
Woodruff Sawyer provides a “holistic” suite of risk management and insurance solutions to maximize personal and Fund asset protection. In addition to Management and Professional Liability, Woodruff Sawyer offers a wide range of other insurance and consulting services, such as Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Consulting, Network Security and Privacy Protection, Property/Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Key Person Life.
