PHR Account Manager and Wellness Consultant, Employee Benefits
Elizabeth supports our Wine Industry Employee Benefits Collective as an Account Manager and also provides Wellness Consulting services to our North Bay Clients. Her employee benefits background spans 14 years, with an emphasis on wellness, human resources, outsourced administration and employee relations. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Elizabeth was a human resources generalist for Trinchero Family Estates in Napa Valley. Her background also includes working for Craford & Craford Benefits Consultants as a benefits administration specialist and for Ford Motor Company in Employee Relations/Employee Benefits. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in communication/economics at the University of Miami, Coral Gables. She holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR), a Wellness Council of America (WELCOA ) Faculty Designation and is fluent in Spanish. Elizabeth is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA) and the Professional Association of Sonoma County (PASCO).
