A Message from Our CEO
To Our Clients,
I am writing as a follow up to my outreach on March 13th regarding our efforts to protect and support our people and you, our clients. Given the virus’ incubation and transmission profile, and particularly the inability to identify the symptoms of infection for possibly weeks, the March 13th implementation of our Work From Home (“WFH”) policy in all of our U.S. offices has been extended from the end of March until we consider it safe for our team members to return to their respective offices. During this time, our employees are required to work from home, consistent with the WFH policy in our Crisis Management Program. Reducing the number of in-person interactions our people have with one another and our clients is the best and most immediate way we can support our commitment to the well-being of our team members, you, and our communities.
All of our team members have the tools they need, and our nimble organizational structure allows us to communicate with and make decisions in support of our people and clients in minutes, or hours at most. Your Woodruff Sawyer team members and key contacts remain available via email and telephone and will also be using video conferencing more frequently. We will be evaluating our services regularly to ensure that the transition of your service team to WFH is seamless.
Regardless of its length, and the underlying uncertainty the Coronavirus causes, we are here for you as your advocate, advisor, and partner, whenever and wherever you need us. As we move through this together, I welcome your feedback and questions. And, on behalf of the entire Woodruff Sawyer team, thank you for your partnership and your trust.
– Andy Barrengos, Chief Executive Officer
