Andrew specializes in managing D&O liability insurance programs for private and public companies. He assesses clients’ risk profiles by analyzing their past, current and projected financial performance in order to develop the most efficient marketing. He also negotiates with underwriters for the most favorable terms in coverage and pricing, while managing client expectations of the outcome. A true embodiment of our firm’s culture of teamwork and entrepreneurialism, Andrew is the founder and president Woodruff Sawyer’s “Mentor Social” program, for which he leads quarterly meetings focused on providing mentoring opportunities and education to growing professionals at our firm and within the insurance industry. Andrew also is an Associate Board member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), Western Division, and an active participant at events sponsored by Emerging Insurance Professional (EIP), a professional organization for emerging members in the insurance industry. He is also a guest alumni lecturer to the Cal Poly Financial Management Associate (FMA) on the topics of careers in non-traditional finance and opportunities. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with concentrations in finance and management and a minor in Spanish.
