With 16 years of experience as a paralegal, in her role as D&O Liability Research Specialist, Donna provides support for their internal training and speaking engagements on legal and corporate governance matters, assists in audits of clients' corporate governance policies and indemnification agreements, conducts legal research, and assists in the writing process for articles authored by the legal team. She researches indemnification, liability, and insurance matters of foreign jurisdictions for our clients. Donna also works closely with our in-house attorneys.
Previously, Donna was a senior corporate paralegal with Wind River Systems, where she provided support on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), SEC filings, debt financings, stock benefit plans, and corporate governance matters related to board and stockholder meetings, as well as US and foreign subsidiaries. Donna was a corporate paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she worked with staff attorneys and with the management of private and public companies on various transactions such as initial public offerings, M&As, preferred stock financings and incorporations, and on the implementation and management of clients' various stock benefit plans.
