As a Vice President, Rob focuses on Management Liability and Directors and Officers insurance solutions for public and pre-IPO companies. While at Nasdaq, Rob spent 11 years working closely with public and pre-IPO companies. He then served as managing director of new listings working with some of the most high-profile IPOs in the Bay Area and Southern California. Rob enjoys partnering with clients to guide them through all stages of development including privately held, pre-IPO, and publicly traded companies.
Rob holds a bachelor’s of science in Finance and a bachelor’s of science in Entrepreneurship from The University of Dayton.
Many private companies are choosing to stay private for longer before proceeding with an IPO or direct listing. Companies have more time to build value and get their ducks in a row.
