As a Vice President, Rob focuses on Management Liability and Directors and Officers insurance solutions for public and pre-IPO companies. While at Nasdaq, Rob spent 11 years working closely with public and pre-IPO companies. He then served as managing director of new listings working with some of the most high-profile IPOs in the Bay Area and Southern California. Rob enjoys partnering with clients to guide them through all stages of development including privately held, pre-IPO, and publicly traded companies.
Rob holds a bachelor’s of science in Finance and a bachelor’s of science in Entrepreneurship from The University of Dayton.
