As Vice President of Business Development, Roger focuses on strategy, tools, and processes to help us scale our enterprise-wide business development platform to drive growth. Roger also develops resources and serves as a sales advisor and mentor across all geographies for our seasoned and emerging producers.
Before joining the insurance industry, Roger spent more than 10 years in enterprise sales and leadership roles in both early stage VC-backed and post-IPO companies––bringing an operator’s perspective to his insurance advisory practice.
Roger is a fundraising volunteer for the Navy SEAL Foundation and studied psychology at Norwich University. He is also known for being an informative and engaging speaker and teacher on Enterprise Sales strategies for growing sales organizations.
