Ron Guerena
Senior Vice President, Southern California Practice Leader, Property & Casualty
Ron works with clients to analyze business risks and to develop and implement strategic insurance and risk management programs. He leads the Southern California Property & Casualty Practice and, along with the rest of his team, ensures strategy execution, which includes program placement and meeting daily service needs.
Entering the business in 1989, Ron has over 28 years of insurance industry experience on both the underwriting and brokerage sides of the business. Ron has extensive experience working with the real estate, retail/wholesale, entertainment, food & beverage, and life science industries.
Ron has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
