Stacey Hammer

Stacey Hammer joined Woodruff Sawyer in March 2021, bringing many years of experience in the placement of Representations and Warranties Insurance, Tax Insurance, and Contingent Liability Insurance products. In addition, she oversees all Reps and Warranties claims noticed worldwide by clients to insure as smooth and as speedy a process as possible while maximizing clients’ potential payouts.

Utilizing her background as an attorney, Stacey worked in the legal department of a major insurer handling coverage disputes involving the company, handling Directors’ and Officers’/Employment Practice Liability claims on behalf of insureds, and managing relationships with outside law firms for financial lines panels.

Stacey earned a BA in English Literature from the University at Buffalo and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
