Woodruff Sawyer announced today that Michael Landucci has joined their firm as Vice President, Account Executive of the firm’s San Francisco-based Construction Practice.
Throughout his 14-year career, Michael has specialized in risk management and coverage placement for mid-size and large US construction companies, with particular expertise in general contractors as well as heavy civil and general engineering construction services. He has assisted clients in virtually every capacity, including: structuring and placement of sophisticated risk management programs; design and implementation of alternative risk financing programs; drafting and implementation of contract insurance requirements; claims advocacy; and consultative safety and risk transfer services on behalf of general contractor and subcontractors throughout the Bay Area.
Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Michael was a member of the Construction and Real Estate group at Wells Fargo Insurance. Michael began his career at Liberty Mutual in 2002, where he focused on workers’ compensation before moving on to join Allied North America. Allied, the largest privately held construction-only brokerage firm in the US at the time, was acquired by AON in 2009. Michael is a board member for the United Contractors (UCON) association, and also serves on UCON’s Associates and Scholarship committees.
