Woodruff Sawyer Announces New Leadership Roles in Boston Office

Woodruff Sawyer announced today the expansion of their New England office’s leadership structure. The New England office has experienced rapid growth in the past two years, doubling in size. They have maximized the Woodruff Sawyer platform to scale up in terms of the size and sophistication of clients they serve.  As a result, Woodruff Sawyer is positioning their three key three leaders in roles that will further support and facilitate growth in the New England region and throughout the East Coast.

Sean Coady is being named New England Practice Leader and will lead the overall strategic plan and vision for the region.

Matt Field is being named New England Growth Leader and will be responsible for sales, growth, recruiting and specialty capabilities.

Dan McMullen is being named New England Practice Manager and will oversee all operations and staff management.

“Woodruff Sawyer is committed to investing in the resources, capabilities and top talent needed for future growth in the New England region,” said Andy Barrengos, Chief Executive Officer at Woodruff Sawyer. “The creation of these new roles will allow us to scale more quickly and reflect our long-term commitment to growth in the New England region and on the East Coast more broadly.”

Sean, Matt, and Dan were founding partners of Capstone Insurance, later EBS Capstone, and established a highly successful brand as a leader in representing many of New England’s high profile start-ups and middle market companies. Woodruff Sawyer acquired Capstone Insurance in 2015.
