As Northern California Management Liability Practice Leader, Norman led the group through significant growth while recruiting account executives, producers, and key resources to further build our management liability capabilities. This leadership, along with Norm’s expertise as a client advocate and business leader, will be critical to the business development, producer recruitment and marketing strategies key to our future growth.”

Says Allen.  “To me, this position encapsulates the thoughtful way Woodruff Sawyer has always acted on behalf of our clients and employees.   We’ve built our business one client at a time and are focused on growing our sales, client service and operational capabilities in a thoughtful and consistent way.  I’m looking forward to collaborating with our business development, sales operations and marketing teams to bring the best of what we do consistently across our national platform.”
