San Francisco, CA – December 5, 2023 – Woodruff Sawyer, one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the U.S., announced Patrick Cagney has joined the firm as Vice President, Management Liability. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Patrick spent over 6 years at RT Specialty where he specialized in management and professional liability insurance placements for financial institutions. Before that, he worked for AON and Chubb. He will be based in Chicago, IL.
In his role, Patrick will continue to focus on the financial institution sector working with clients in fintech, asset management, banks, and non-bank lenders to navigate their complex needs, design and execute client strategy, and manage challenging renewals.
