Woodruff Sawyer Oregon Office Transitions to New Leadership

Woodruff Sawyer announced today several leadership changes in its Portland office. Mike Bennison will be transitioning his office leadership role to Brett Bauer and Kathy Prosser, who together will co-lead the office. Brett is a founding member of the Oregon office and will be the Oregon Practice Leader. Kathy joins Woodruff Sawyer as the Northwest Benefits Practice Leader after holding various senior leadership positions in the employee benefits and healthcare industry. Mike will continue to actively work with clients and serve in a senior leadership role with the firm.

“Mike was one of the original partners that founded the Oregon office in 2002,” said Charlie Rosson, CEO of Woodruff Sawyer. “Under his leadership over the last 15 years, the office has grown dramatically to be one of the top brokerage firms in the Pacific Northwest. We are grateful for his contributions and look forward to his evolving leadership role.”

“We are so pleased that Brett will be taking over as Practice Leader,” continued Charlie. “He has been with the Oregon office since the beginning and has been instrumental in its growth. This is a natural transition and I am confident that he and Kathy will keep Woodruff Sawyer Oregon positioned for continued success.”

“Kathy is a highly respected benefits leader, both in Oregon and throughout the country. She has a proven track record of growth and excellence,” said Mike Bennison. “Kathy and Brett will form a terrific team and take our office to new heights.”
