For nearly 30 years, Norm has been helping companies identify, analyze, and manage the risks they face while running their businesses. A senior member of the firm’s Management Liability practice, he is an expert in D&O Liability Insurance with a focus on complex public and late-stage private companies.
Norm received his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific and earned his juris doctorate degree with honors from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. In 2014, Norm was elected to University of the Pacific’s Board of Regents, where he has served as board chair since July 2020.
