We use the latest in investment fund performance monitoring and asset allocation tools and software as part of our thorough process of strategic planning, due diligence review, implementation, and ongoing support.

Leave industry and provider benchmarking to us, including plan design, fee benchmarking, recordkeeper services, best practices, match calculations and peer group plan participation data. You'll skip the surprises and understand all plan-related fees and other costs to you or your participants.

Never worry about preparing or reviewing an IPS—we’ll do it for you. We’ll also recommend or replace investment manager(s) based on your IPS requirements. Our research team can also develop custom models from the lineup of your plan’s investment options, including Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) investment selection and monitoring.

We’ll act as a liaison between your recordkeeper and other service providers, product sponsors, and/or vendors. You can lean on our experience to collect annual compliance data, support you during your annual audit preparation, and review your Form 5500.

If a plan change is necessary, our team will manage the requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluate proposals and bids, and coordinate recordkeeper interviews. You’ll also have our full support as you transition from your old recordkeeper to your new one.

Our team will ensure your files are audit-ready, should you be subject to a future audit. If you are, we’ll be by your side during the entire process and assist you in making any required plan corrections caused by an error in plan operations.

We will regularly provide your plan committee members with fiduciary education, training, and guidance. We’ll help them understand their duties and responsibilities, plan features, and retirement readiness matters, as well as help them stay current on legislation and litigation issues.
