Dan provides strategic consultation and counseling to clients on their employee benefits programs and manages new business opportunities for Woodruff Sawyer. With over 25 years of consulting experience, Dan has worked with a large cross section of employers including those in healthcare, not-for-profits, high-tech, service, and hospitality. Dan brings a uniquely analytical and sophisticated approach to employee benefits and risk management. His areas of specialization include managing large, multistate clients as well as outsourced benefit administration. In 2010, Dan was honored with the Excellence in Partnership with HR award from the Silicon Valley HR Symposium. Dan is a frequent speaker on employee benefits topics and belongs to the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, and holds a California life agent license. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
