Heidi identifies areas of improvement, coordinates with leaders to implement key initiatives, and strengthens existing carrier relationships while helping to develop new ones. She has leadership and project management experience in commercial and personal insurance operations and underwriting, claims, finance, and information technology. She is known for building teams that deliver and exceed expectations.
She received a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University.
