As Senior Account Manager, Richard works in concert with the Account Executive to fulfill your insurance needs and risk management goals. He is your primary contact for day-to-day consultation, support and management of your insurance program including policy changes, coverage reviews, and quote analysis.
A creative critical thinker, Richard is committed to customer service and providing accessible expertise and an honest, thoughtful, problem-solving approach to insurance and risk management.
Originally from Fresno, California, Richard studied Computer Engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo before moving to Hawaii and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He currently holds the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and is actively working toward his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
