Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in employee benefits, Russell works with the Employee Benefits team to create and present deliverables that enhance client knowledge of their benefit plans. He also reviews analytical content to ensure that client-facing documents are of the highest quality.
Russell specializes in underwriting, data analytics, and problem-solving. He excels at communicating his findings to both his colleagues and clients, clearly articulating information that allows team members to best advise clients on their employee benefit plans.
Before joining Woodruff Sawyer, he worked as an underwriting director at FCE Benefit Administrators and prior to that, as an underwriter and benefits analyst at various companies.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bucknell University.
