Arthur leads our Employee Benefits Data Analytics team of benefits analysts and underwriter consultants. The Data Analytics team supports Employee Benefits clients by helping navigate financial risks, mitigate increasing costs, and enhance plan efficiencies.

With more than 20 years of employee benefits underwriting experience between national carriers and brokerages, Arthur is versed in finding distinct product and plan features while delivering valued client solutions. He uses data to tailor client recommendations aimed at diminishing higher costs while providing superior member outcomes.

Arthur earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
