Hector brings over 20 years of benefit experience to his role. He engages with the service teams and internal resources to deliver reports, key performance indicators, and strategies which reflect the goals of client partners by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Then, working directly with client partners he translates these data points and insights into impactful benefit plans.
Hector previously served as client executive at Bolton, an account executive at USI Insurance Services, and as an associate at Aon. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
