Kaitlyn is a property and casualty claims expert who provides high-level advocacy and consulting services to her clients.
She serves as a technical resource on coverage, risk transfer, evaluation of damages, and negotiation and resolution strategies. She brings her expertise to the claims team, training and developing claims staff, providing guidance for goals and objective-setting, and conducting performance reviews and file audits.
Kaitlyn earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Sacramento State University. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.
