Jon Janes

Jon has 16 years of experience as a management liability insurance broker closely working with executive, legal, and risk teams to achieve their risk mitigation and risk financing goals.

Jon has worked with technology, life sciences, natural resources and alternative energy, retail, and professional service firms. He has advised numerous multinational clients, including foreign domiciled US-listed companies, on their cross-border management liability exposures. Jon’s has also guided companies through high-risk transactions including going public transactions (IPO, de-SPAC), M&A transactions, and bankruptcy and corporate restructuring transactions.

Jon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity University and a juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
