Brendan Williams

Brendan joined Woodruff Sawyer in 2005 and has been a driving force behind the significant growth of the firm’s Southern California operation. Brendan also serves as senior consultant to national and multinational publicly traded companies. He specializes in client counseling, claims resolution, and strategic program development and analysis.

Brendan is one of the foremost experts on executive liability and risk management—specifically, directors & officers (D&O) liability insurance and mergers & acquisition (M&A) insurance products. He has authored several articles and numerous blogs on these products and has structured financial risk solutions for hundreds of companies. Brendan is often referred to companies either preparing to go public (IPO) or existing public companies going through their D&O insurance renewal.

Brendan graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance.
