Tyson is responsible for identifying and assessing prospective clients’ risk management and insurance needs to ensure Woodruff Sawyer’s resources are appropriately allocated to meet client needs. He engages with the market to find transactional risk solutions for clients who seek protection from the risk complexity of mergers & acquisitions transactions.
He joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, he served as a Marine Corps Officer as a helicopter pilot and captain for eight years. He specialized in mission planning, risk mitigation and management, and complex problem solving. He also led fellow Marines in logistics, budget planning, and business development.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and his MBA from Ashford University.
