Aparna Niroola

Aparna has more than two decades of experience in employee benefits and healthcare consulting. She is passionate about analyzing data and developing client-specific, evidence-based solutions to foster employee engagement and control costs. Aparna's consulting approach prioritizes listening to clients and using best practices, thorough research, and company assessments to provide a custom strategy and tactical plan. 

In addition to working at brokerage firms Aon and WTW, she also advised on both the provider and payer side for Kaiser Permanente and Optum.  

Aparna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and her master’s in health services administration from the University of Michigan.
