With 20 years of experience in employee benefits communications, Emily has extensive knowledge of the benefits space, allowing her to better understand client concerns, be a more effective communicator, and create sound strategies to solve client communication problems.
Emily's writing has been published by World at Work and in Employee Benefit News. She received the Hermes Creative Award and the Gold Quill Award for business communication.
She holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from Bradley University in Illinois.
