Stephen has over 25 years of insurance industry experience and 29 years of injury prevention experience. As Casualty Loss Specialist, he provides analysis and strategies to address a wide variety of workers’ compensation and property & casualty issues. He specializes in gap identification related to employee injury prevention, ergonomics, OSHA compliance and response, behavioral safety, and general life safety. Also central to his role is assisting clients with the management of carrier loss control services.
Stephen has served a broad range of client industries, including healthcare; warehousing and logistics; hospitality; non-profit; vertical, civil, and rail construction; food processing; retail; solar energy; home automation; heavy manufacturing; sawmill; foundry; telecommunications; call centers; and financial institutions.
Stephen has been a licensed physical therapist for more than 20 years. He has a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and a master’s degree from Regis University.
