Irvine, CA – Woodruff Sawyer announced Aparna Niroola has joined the firm as Vice President, Employee Benefits, focused on clients in middle and large markets. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Aparna spent over 20 years in employee benefits and health care consulting. In addition to working at brokerage firms Aon and Willis Towers Watson, she advised on both the provider and payer side for Kaiser Permanente and Optum.
In her role, Aparna will work with manufacturing and technology clients in middle and large markets to solve complex employee benefits challenges. Her focus will be on clients considering self-funded options, while using data analytics to drive client-specific evidence-based solutions. Aparna will be based in Irvine, California.
