Woodruff Sawyer, one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the nation, announced today that John Pierson has joined their firm as Vice President, Account Executive in the Southern California Office. In this role, John will focus on client service and specialize in assisting with their risk management needs. John has over 30 years of insurance industry experience. Most recently, he was a Vice President at a national brokerage firm in Irvine. He has focused on the retail/hospitality sector as well as industry segments such as life science, technology and manufacturing. He also has expertise in providing risk & insurance advocacy for the larger, complex clients.
